DSRM Outreach Flyers
On 29 January 2026, the DSRM outreach flyers were finally produced. Two versions of the flyer have been created: one for non-Christian organisations working with addiction, and another for general outreach and evangelism. Please pray that through this outreach, DSRM may reach people struggling with addiction across Wales, and that the Lord would use this work to bring them to the gospel and grant them wholeness and restoration in both body and soul through His grace.
New Tuesday Bible Study at SERC
We are thankful to announce that, starting on Tuesday, 3 February 2026, a new Bible Study will be held every Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Swansea Evangelical Reformed Church. Please pray that through this opportunity we may serve those in Manselton and the surrounding areas who are suffering from addiction, ministering to them through the grace of the gospel and the Word of God, and that the Lord would bring about their salvation and restoration.
Relocation of the Fellowship Venue
From Thursday, 22 January 2026, our Bible study will be held at Step by Step Christian Centre, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
This area is located in the city centre, where many people struggling with addiction reside. It also serves as a strategic base for outreach to them before and after the Bible study. Please pray for the study and the outreach.
Update on the 12-Week Recovery Programme II
As of December 26, the draft of the 12-Week Recovery Programme II Trainee Booklet is complete and is now under review by respected pastors. After further revisions, the Guidebooks will be prepared. Please pray that the right pastors will be led to take part in this process.
Submission of Charity Registration Application
The charity registration application, which began through trustee meetings in October, was submitted online to the Charity Commission on 17 November 2025. The review result is expected around March next year, as the process usually takes about 16 weeks. Please pray that the work of DSRM and the formal registration process will go smoothly.
Opening of the First Bible Study
At last, on Thursday, 23 October 2025, the DSRM Bible Study meeting began at the Step by Step Charity Shop. It will continue every Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Please keep this work in your prayers and interest.
